This information will be used solely for assessing entries, contacting participants, and supporting competition winners.

Insusty collects and processes personal data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, allowing data processing necessary for competition participation. Consent may also be obtained for communication about future competitions or related opportunities.

 

4. Data Retention Period

Participant data will be retained for the duration of the competition and for up to six (6) months after announcing winners for follow-up purposes. Afterward, data will be securely deleted unless further retention is required by law.
