1. Eligibility
1.1 This competition is open to startups, budding entrepreneurs, and companies legally registered within the European Union (EU).
1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.
1.3 Employees, representatives, or affiliates of Insusty or Flutterfly Softwares, as well as immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the competition.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1 Competition Period: The competition begins on November 11 , 2024 and closes on January 11 , 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
2.2 Submission Guidelines:

Each participant must submit a project proposal detailing the concept, anticipated technical requirements, and impact. Submissions should be concise but sufficiently detailed to convey the innovative and impactful nature of the project.

Entries must be submitted through the designated online form on the Insusty competition page.
2.3 Result Announcement: Winners will be announced on February 1 , 2025.
3. Competition Process and Rounds
3.1 Round 1: Participants submit their project proposal through an online form, providing an overview of their concept, tech needs, and impact.
3.2 Round 2: Shortlisted participants will be invited for a 20-minute introductory call to discuss their proposal in further detail.
3.3 Round 3: Selected participants will have a consultation call with a tech expert to refine and revise their project, enhancing its feasibility and alignment with the judging criteria.
4. Judging Criteria
4.1 All eligible entries will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts based on the following criteria:

Innovation: The project’s originality, creativity, and ability to address a unique challenge or market need.

Technical Requirements: The project’s complexity, feasibility, and potential for scalability.

Impact: The anticipated effect of the project on the target audience, industry, or environment, particularly regarding social, economic, or ecological benefits.
4.2 The judging process will identify one (1) winner who will receive the primary prize. Additional participants will have access to non-monetary rewards, including consultations.
5. Prizes
5.1 Primary Prize: The winning entry will receive credits worth 50,000-euro exclusively for software development services with Flutterfly Softwares. This credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Insusty and its partners will not take any equity or ownership stake in any participating or winning projects. Participants retain full ownership and control over their projects and businesses.
5.2 Additional Benefits:

Participants, will receive a one-on-one consultation with a tech expert from Insusty to explore potential improvements and pathways for their project.

Participants who wish to continue developing their project but lack sufficient funding can opt for subscription-based development services.
5.3 Prize Conditions:

The prize must be used within twelve (12) months of the award announcement.

The prize credit can only be used with Flutterfly Softwares, which will handle all aspects of the project development.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
6.1 All intellectual property rights associated with any submission remain with the submitting company.
6.2 For the awarded project, IP rights will also remain with the participant company, and Insusty or Flutterfly Softwares will not claim ownership over the developed software or any associated project materials.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 Organizer Role: Insusty is the official organizer of the competition and is not liable for any issues, disputes, or outcomes related to the software development process. The development work itself will be subcontracted to Flutterfly Softwares, an experienced software company with a team of 125 specialists in diverse fields, including artificial intelligence, data science, and various engineering disciplines.
7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: Insusty disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the competition, including the functionality, usability, or performance of the developed software.
7.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by French law, Insusty, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to participation in the competition or the use or misuse of the competition prize.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Insusty will collect, use, and store personal data solely for the purposes of administering this competition.
8.2 Participants’ personal information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent and will be securely deleted following the completion of the competition.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, French law.
9.2 Participants agree that any dispute arising from or related to the competition shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of France.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
